I understand, accept, and expressly assume in full all risks relating to selecting this mode of transportation, whether known or unknown, inherent or not inherent, anticipated or unanticipated. The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, its administrators, directors, agents, officers, and employees (“Releasees”) shall not be responsible for any such injury, illness, death or property damage. I hereby release and hold harmless the Releasees from all liability, claims, loss, or damage to person or property sustained by me and/or my minor children for whom I am a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to any injury, disability, death, or loss, or damage to a person or property incurred as a result of a hidden, latent, or obvious defect on the vehicle or any of the equipment used, or any failure to properly instruct, supervise, or train. This release shall be binding on me and my children or children that I have guardianship of, my heirs, assigns, executors, legal representatives and anyone else claiming through me. I HAVE READ THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, AND SIGN THIS AGREEMENT KNOWINGLY, FREELY, AND VOLUNTARILY.
