$4.00 Single Ride
Connection App
Use the Connection App either on your phone or desktop to conveniently pay, schedule, and book your trip. The App accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club International, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
Tickets to Ride
(Legacy System, will be discontinued in the near-future). Tickets-to-ride can be purchased in-person at the Connection office. 50 S. Military Trail Rm 122 Palm Springs, FL 33415 Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club International, and Discover, and cash.

Palm Tran’s contactless fare payment system, using a smartphone app, or a reloadable smart card.
Cash
Use exact change. Only quarters, dollar coins, $1 and $2 bills are accepted. There is no cash refund. The farebox does not provide change or tickets

Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Wallet The transaction will be posted to your account when the transaction totals $10 or up to 3 days later, whichever comes first.
Debit & Credit Card
Must have a wireless symbol, American Express not accepted. Transaction will be posted to your account when the transaction totals $10 or up to 3 days later, whichever comes first.

Veteran's Administration
Seniors
Disabled
Senior – Any person 65 years or older with a valid driver’s license or Florida State ID card. A Florida State Identification card can be obtained from the Drivers License Bureau.
Student – Age 21 or under. Must show a valid school ID.
Disabled – Medicare Card, Dated Letter (on Doctor’s letterhead) stating 50% or more permanent disability, a Social Security Award Letter stating “disabled individual,” and a valid government-issued photo ID. Fixed-Route buses are equipped with ramps and wheelchair securement devices.
Medicare – Recipient must show their Medicare card to receive a half fare.
Veterans Administration – Must show their “Service Connected” VA card.
Note: Customers with a Medicaid card do not receive a half fare.
Register your Paradise Pass Account with Half or Reduced Fare
Paradise Pass users can register their account as half/reduced far by emailing: PTdiscount@pbcgov.org or visiting the Palm Tran Central County Facility at 1200 S. Congress Ave., Palm Springs, FL 33406.
