Palm Tran Connection is a shared ride paratransit service available to eligible residents and visitors of Palm Beach County. Whether you’re traveling from Boca Raton to Jupiter or from Palm Beach to South Bay, Connection helps qualified riders get where they need to go for work, medical appointments, shopping, and more.
On April 8, 2025, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners approved new guidelines for Palm Tran’s paratransit services . The new guidelines will designate and align with the service area as per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines align paratransit service within and up to outside of 3/4 mile of Palm Tran’s fixed route service. Guidelines are determined by trip drop off and pick up locations. Beginning January 18, 2026, Palm Tran will offer two programs under the new guidelines: Connection ADA and Connection Plus.
Service is available for riders with trips with pick-up and drop-off locations within and up to ¾ mile of Palm Tran’s fixed-route network.
Service is available for riders with trips with pick-up and/or drop-off locations that are outside of ¾ mile of Palm Tran's fixed route network.
