Where to Buy Bus Passes

Physical fare payment options, including the Paradise Pass reloadable card and Paradise Pass disposable limited-use bus passes, can be purchased at locations throughout Palm Beach County. To learn more, please visit our fares & passes page.

    • Palm Beach Ticket Sales Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
      (closed from 11:00 am. to 1:30 pm.)
  • Palm Tran Central Facility, 1200 S. Congress Ave., Palm Springs, FL 33406
    • Palm Tran Central Facility accepts credit cards for fixed-route bus passes and Connection tickets-to-ride for in-person purchases. Debit Cards are not accepted.
    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
