Jimilla Hicks is Palm Tran’s Senior Manager of Performance management. Mrs. Hicks is a data analytics professional with over a decade of experience in government finance and data analysis.

Prior to joining Palm Tran, Mrs. Hicks was the Financial Coordinator for the Grants, Contract, and Compliance Department at the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Office. She managed a team of eight employees and oversaw all financial operations within the Grants department.

Since joining Palm Tran in 2020 she has held various roles, including Financial Analyst II and Team Leader for the Palm Tran Statistics Agency Recognition Team. Additionally, Mrs. Hick’s served as the Senior Transit Performance Analyst, where she oversaw Palm Tran’s award-winning performance improvement program, PT-Stat.

Mrs. Hicks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on supervision and management.
