Palm Tran Connection is a shared ride, door-to-door paratransit service available to eligible residents and visitors in Palm Beach County. This service supports individuals who, due to disability, age, or income, are unable to use the fixed-route bus system.
Palm Tran Connection provides transportation under three main programs:
This program provides transportation within 3/4 of a mile of a Palm Tran fixed-route bus line and during the same days and hours of service.
To qualify, you must have a disability that prevents you from using the fixed-route bus system. Eligibility is based on your functional ability, not just your diagnosis or use of mobility devices.
Fare $3.50 per one-way trip
This program is funded by the State of Florida’s Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund and offers service throughout Palm Beach County during regular Palm Tran service hours.

This program serves individuals aged 60 and older, as funded by Palm Beach County, the Area Agency on Aging, and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
