Intermodal Transit Center (ITC)

The Intermodal Transit Center (ITC) is Palm Tran’s central transportation hub, conveniently located in downtown West Palm Beach at 150 Clearwater Drive. Adjacent to the West Palm Beach Tri-Rail station, the ITC offers riders easy access to nine fixed Palm Tran routes, Port St. Lucie Express, as well as connections to Tri-Rail, Amtrak, Greyhound, and the City of West Palm Beach’s micro-transit service.

Whether you’re traveling across the country or heading out of town, the ITC is designed to make your transfer experience simple, safe, and efficient.

Buy Bus Passes at the ITC

Palm Tran’s ticket window is located in the northeast section of the ITC. Riders can purchase disposable, limited-use Paradise Pass bus passes here, including:

  • One-Trip Passes
  • One-Day Unlimited Passes
  • 31-Day Unlimited Passes

 

For discounted passes under the Transportation Disadvantaged Program, riders must first be certified through Palm Tran Connection at:

Kiosk

A self-serve ticket vending machine is located on the Tri-Rail side, near the stairs, near the other ticket vending machines. You may purchase disposable bus passes, reloadable Paradise Pass cards, or reload your Paradise Pass card here.
