Danika Cross, Executive Assistant to Palm Tran’s Executive Director, has more than a decade of experience between the public and private sectors. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice at Saint Leo University and began her professional career in her hometown of Tallahassee as an Office Assistant at North Florida Concrete Flooring & Staining Inc. She then worked as a New Account Representative at Sunshine Savings Bank for six years before transitioning to the public sector. Her first position in government was within the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Concealed Weapons Division as an Administrative Assistant, where she worked for three years. Immediately prior to joining Palm Tran in 2018, she served as a Probation Officer within the Florida Department of Corrections for three years.
