Kim DeLaney is the Director of Strategic Development and Policy for the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC), where she has been leading a multidisciplinary work program for two decades. Prior to her work with TCRPC, she was the City Planner in Stuart, Florida. Kim is a native of Palm Beach County with degrees from the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University.
