What to Expect/What We Provide

  • Properly ventilated with air-conditioning and heating.
  • Readily equipped with properly fastened seat belts and secure mobility tie downs.
  • Smoke-free.

Our Services

  • Courteous treatment; among drivers and riders!
  • A safe environment to be heard

Things to Know

  • There is no smoking, eating, or drinking onboard a Go Glades bus.
  • Please use headphones/earbuds to listen to music or watch videos. No loud phone calls, music, or videos.
  • Travel time should not exceed a comparable fixed-route time.
  • Familiarize yourself with Go Glades program benefits and limitations.

Safety

  • Do not distract the driver.
  • Wear seatbelts and secure children in the appropriate seating (e.g., car seats provided by the rider)/with appropriate safety measures (e.g., car seats, seatbelts).
  • Oversized or heavy packages are not permitted onboard.
  • No prohibited items allowed (e.g. firearms, knives, explosives, etc.).

Be Prepared

  • When making a reservation, be prepared! Have your appointment times, addresses, and other necessary information ready.
  • Be on time! Meet your driver at the curb of your scheduled pick-up area.
  • Present the correct fare à Payment methods: exact change, Paradise Pass, credit card, or pay-in-app!

Cancellation Policies

  • Trips must be cancelled at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up.
  • If you do not show up to your reservation, you will be marked as a No-Show.
  • Individuals marked as a No-Show (NS) will not be permitted to re-book
  • If marked as a No-Show, you will not be permitted to re-book within that day.
  • Riders in violation of the No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy will not be able to re-book for that day.
